Our Services
The Re-Set Clinic offers a range of therapeutic massage services that are customized to your specific needs.

We're all about re-setting: finding balance, restoring health and getting you back to the things you love to do.
​
Following a preliminary consultation and assessment, we'll develop a treatment plan to help address your health concerns. Our sessions run from 30 minutes to 90 minutes; we recommend a minimum of 60 minutes for your first appointment.
With combined experience spanning 30 years, our four Registered Massage Therapists (RMT) within The Re-Set Clinic are able to meet you where you are and get you where you want to go. We are all in good standing with both the College of Massage Therapists of Newfoundland and Labrador (CMTNL), and the Newfoundland and Labrador Massage Therapists' Association (NLMTA).

Our Registered Massage Therapists
Ashley Parsons, RMT
Ashley is the founder of the Re-Set Clinic.
A Registered Massage Therapist since September 2013, Ashley has grown within her practice, deepening her learning of techniques such as Myofascial Release (John F Barnes approach), and the Graston Technique.
When she's not helping her clients, Ashley is a member of the Board of Directors of the Newfoundland and Labrador Massage Therapists' Association, supporting the profession as a whole and connecting the public with the RMT that's best for their needs.

Lauren Gregory, RMT
Lauren has been working in a diverse practice since graduating from
Eastern Academy’s massage therapy program in June 2022. Lauren uses
techniques including deep tissue work, trigger point release, myofascial release
and joint mobilization.
Lauren is particularly interested in providing therapeutic massage
for clients with diverse needs including:
