Our Services
The Re-Set Clinic offers a range of therapeutic massage services that are customized to your specific needs.
We're all about re-setting: finding balance, restoring health and getting you back to the things you love to do.
Following a preliminary consultation and assessment, we'll develop a treatment plan to help address your health concerns. Our sessions run from 30 minutes to 90 minutes; we recommend a minimum of 60 minutes for your first appointment.
With combined experience spanning 30 years, our four Registered Massage Therapists (RMT) within The Re-Set Clinic are able to meet you where you are and get you where you want to go. We are all in good standing with both the College of Massage Therapists of Newfoundland and Labrador (CMTNL), and the Newfoundland and Labrador Massage Therapists' Association (NLMTA).

Our Registered Massage Therapists
Ashley Parsons, RMT
A Registered Massage Therapist since September 2013, Ashley has grown within her practice, deepening her learning of techniques such as Myofascial Release (John F Barnes approach), and the Graston Technique.
When she's not helping her clients, Ashley is heavily involved with the Newfoundland and Labrador Massage Therapists' Association, supporting the profession as a whole and connecting the public with the RMT that's best for their needs.

Natasha Murthy RMT, D.Ac
Natasha has enjoyed over 26 years of providing a safe space for healing.
She has been in good standing with the NLMTA and the CMTNL , which includes updating our continuing education credits and clearance to work with vulnerable sectors.
Natasha has a very flexible schedule and is aimed at practicing another 24 or more years LOL no joke …
